PR Media works with real people, real brands and genuine reputation management only. We do not accept, publish or process payment for politics or political campaigning, religion or religious attacks, fake, fabricated or manufactured stories, or narrative building / perception engineering of any kind.
Every service we offer is PR-based: we pitch, we do not force. We will never pay, pressure or otherwise push a reputable publisher into running a false or engineered story. If you submit such content your order is void and the money is non-refundable, and your account may be suspended permanently. Please do not send us these queries — we will not entertain them.
1. You must not
- Submit political content of any kind — parties, candidates, campaigns or political attacks.
- Promote religion, attack religion, or incite hatred against any community.
- Submit fake news, fabricated stories, deepfakes, or impersonate real people.
- Use us for narrative building, perception engineering, astroturfing or coordinated reputation manipulation.
- Ask us to pay, pressure or force a publisher into running a story on your terms.
- Promote cryptocurrency, tokens, ICOs, financial advice, scams, MLM or get-rich-quick schemes.
- Use the platform for adult, gambling, weapons, narcotics or other regulated content.
- Harass, defame, dox or target private individuals.
- Submit copyrighted content you do not have a licence for.
- Attempt to defraud the wallet, Stripe payment, or refund system.
- Probe, scan or reverse engineer the platform; abuse API rate limits; run automated scraping.
- Share your login or create multiple accounts to bypass approval, suspension, or pricing.
- Do anything unlawful in the United States or in the target publication's country.
Orders that breach any of the bolded items above are void and non-refundable — no cash refund and no wallet credit. See the Payment & Refund Policy.
- All payments are sent and received in USD through Stripe — our sole payment system. Cards are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- PR Media operates as a United States business and accepts payment under United States rules only. No other government's payment, tax or consumer rules apply to transactions with us.
- Every charge, refund, wallet credit and payout is recorded against a Stripe transaction ID and a PR Media invoice, so money in and money out is fully traceable on both sides.
- Disputes are handled first by us at billing@p-r.media, then through Stripe's dispute process. Governing law: the United States (State of Delaware).
2. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion: reject a submission, freeze a wallet balance, suspend the account, or terminate it permanently — with the paid amount forfeited. In serious cases we cooperate with US law enforcement (FBI / FTC). This policy is governed by United States law (State of Delaware).
