Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with your PR Media account. Breach of this policy is grounds for suspension or termination without refund.

1. You must not

  • Submit fake news, fabricated stories, deepfakes, or impersonate real people.
  • Promote religion, attack religion, or incite hatred against any community.
  • Promote cryptocurrency, tokens, ICOs, financial advice, scams, MLM or get-rich-quick schemes.
  • Use the platform for adult, gambling, weapons, narcotics or other regulated content.
  • Harass, defame, dox or target private individuals.
  • Submit copyrighted content you do not have a licence for.
  • Attempt to defraud the wallet, payment, or refund system.
  • Probe, scan or reverse engineer the platform; abuse API rate limits; run automated scraping.
  • Share your login or create multiple accounts to bypass approval, suspension, or pricing.
  • Do anything illegal under USA, UK, Pakistan, India law, or the law of the target publication's country.

2. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion: reject a submission, freeze a wallet balance, suspend the account, or terminate it permanently. In serious cases we cooperate with law enforcement (FBI/FTC in the USA, NCA/ICO in the UK, FIA under PECA in Pakistan, CERT-In / police under the IT Act in India).
