1. Payments
All prices are in USD unless stated. Payment is taken in full before an order enters the editorial pipeline. Wallet credits can be used for future orders but cannot be withdrawn as cash.
2. What is refundable
- Order has not yet been sent to the publisher → full refund to the original method, or 100% wallet credit (your choice).
- Publisher fails to publish within the agreed TAT and no equivalent replacement is offered → 100% wallet credit.
- Duplicate or accidental charge → refunded to the original method within 10 business days.
- Service was clearly mis-described on our catalog at the time of order → wallet credit or refund at our discretion.
3. What is NOT refundable
- Once a publication has accepted and published your article, the order is non-refundable.
- Fake news, fabricated stories, or any submission found to breach our Publishing Policy is non-refundable, and the account may be suspended.
- Custom writing or press-release drafting work that has already been delivered is non-refundable.
- Instagram posts, stories or reels that have already gone live are non-refundable.
- Religious, crypto, scam, MLM, adult, gambling or other prohibited submissions are non-refundable and may be reported to authorities.
- Orders rejected by us under the Publishing Policy after content review are non-refundable; we may at our discretion issue partial wallet credit.
- Service fees and gateway/processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
4. How to request a refund
Open a ticket from your dashboard, or email billing@p-r.media with the order ID and reason. We respond within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without raising a support ticket may result in the account being suspended and the funds being held pending dispute resolution.
6. Statutory rights
- USA: nothing in this policy waives rights granted by the FTC or applicable state law.
- United Kingdom: consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain in force; digital content / service performance must match what was described.
- Pakistan: rights under provincial Consumer Protection Acts remain in force.
- India: rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 remain in force; complaints may be filed with the National Consumer Helpline.
