PR Media works with real people, real brands and genuine reputation management only. We do not accept, publish or process payment for politics or political campaigning, religion or religious attacks, fake, fabricated or manufactured stories, or narrative building / perception engineering of any kind.
Every service we offer is PR-based: we pitch, we do not force. We will never pay, pressure or otherwise push a reputable publisher into running a false or engineered story. If you submit such content your order is void and the money is non-refundable, and your account may be suspended permanently. Please do not send us these queries — we will not entertain them.
1. Partner eligibility
- You represent a registered legal entity or are a verified independent publisher.
- You hold the right to publish on the URL(s) or accounts you list.
- You comply with all advertising disclosure rules in your jurisdiction.
2. Inventory listing
- Rates, TAT, niches and country must be accurate; misrepresentation is grounds for delisting.
- You commit to honour an accepted order within the stated TAT.
- We pass content through editorial review but you retain final editorial control.
3. Payments to partners
- All payments are sent and received in USD through Stripe — our sole payment system. Cards are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- PR Media operates as a United States business and accepts payment under United States rules only. No other government's payment, tax or consumer rules apply to transactions with us.
- Every charge, refund, wallet credit and payout is recorded against a Stripe transaction ID and a PR Media invoice, so money in and money out is fully traceable on both sides.
- Disputes are handled first by us at billing@p-r.media, then through Stripe's dispute process. Governing law: the United States (State of Delaware).
- All money in and out moves through Stripe in USD under United States rules.
- Payouts are made after the placement is verified live and the dispute window has closed.
- Partner fees and currency conversion are deducted as agreed in your onboarding contract.
- You are responsible for taxes in your country of residence.
4. Content restrictions
Partners agree to refuse content that breaches our Publishing Policy: politics, religious promotion/attacks, fake or fabricated stories, narrative building, crypto, financial advice, scams, MLM, adult, gambling, or anything unlawful in the United States or the partner's local jurisdiction.
Partners must never be paid or pressured by us or by a client to publish a false or engineered story. Editorial independence is a condition of the partnership, and orders breaching these rules are cancelled with no payout and no refund to the client.
5. Term & termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' notice. Pending verified orders will be honoured. Repeat policy breach permits immediate termination with no further payout for the offending orders.
6. Confidentiality
Pricing, client lists and operational details exchanged between the parties are confidential.
