1. Partner eligibility
- You represent a registered legal entity or are a verified independent publisher.
- You hold the right to publish on the URL(s) or accounts you list.
- You comply with all advertising disclosure rules in your jurisdiction.
2. Inventory listing
- Rates, TAT, niches and country must be accurate; misrepresentation is grounds for delisting.
- You commit to honour an accepted order within the stated TAT.
- We pass content through editorial review but you retain final editorial control.
3. Payments to partners
- Payouts are made after the placement is verified live and the dispute window has closed.
- Partner fees and currency conversion are deducted as agreed in your onboarding contract.
- You are responsible for taxes in your country of residence.
4. Content restrictions
Partners agree to refuse content that breaches our Publishing Policy: fake news, religious promotion/attacks, crypto, financial advice, scams, MLM, adult, gambling or anything illegal under USA, UK, Pakistan, India or the partner's local law.
5. Term & termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' notice. Pending verified orders will be honoured. Repeat policy breach permits immediate termination with no further payout for the offending orders.
6. Confidentiality
Pricing, client lists and operational details exchanged between the parties are confidential.
