PR Media works with real people, real brands and genuine reputation management only. We do not accept, publish or process payment for politics or political campaigning, religion or religious attacks, fake, fabricated or manufactured stories, or narrative building / perception engineering of any kind.
Every service we offer is PR-based: we pitch, we do not force. We will never pay, pressure or otherwise push a reputable publisher into running a false or engineered story. If you submit such content your order is void and the money is non-refundable, and your account may be suspended permanently. Please do not send us these queries — we will not entertain them.
1. Who we are
PR Media ("we", "us", "the Company") operates the platform at p-r.media. We act as an intermediary between clients (you) and editorial publications, Instagram magazine accounts, and PR professionals worldwide.
2. Eligibility & account approval
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under your local law.
- Every account is reviewed by our team. Catalog browsing, ordering and chat are unlocked only after admin approval.
- You must provide accurate identity and billing information. False information voids the account.
- One person or legal entity per account. Sharing credentials is grounds for suspension.
3. Acceptance of all policies
Signing up confirms you have read and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Payment & Refund Policy, Publishing Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Prohibited content (strictly enforced)
We will not publish, promote, or process payment for any of the following:
- Politics, political campaigning, party or candidate promotion, and political attack content.
- Religious promotion, religious attacks, or content that incites religious hatred.
- Fake, fabricated or manufactured stories, fake quotes, deepfakes or impersonation of real people.
- Narrative building, perception engineering, astroturfing or coordinated reputation manipulation.
- Cryptocurrency, tokens, ICOs, airdrops, NFT pump campaigns or unregistered financial advice.
- Scams, MLM schemes, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick claims.
- Adult, escort, gambling, weapons, drugs or other regulated industries.
- Defamation, harassment, or content that targets a private individual.
- Anything unlawful in the United States or in the jurisdiction of the target publication.
Submitting prohibited content is a material breach: the order is forfeited, the funds are non-refundable in full — no partial refund and no wallet credit, and the account may be suspended or permanently terminated. We cooperate with US authorities where required by law.
5. Real people, PR-based service only
- We serve real people, real brands and genuine reputation management. Identity and claims must be verifiable.
- Everything we do is PR-based: we pitch, we do not force. We will never pay, pressure or otherwise push a reputable publisher into carrying a false or engineered story.
- Editorial decisions belong to the publication. Money buys our work and placement access, never a guaranteed narrative.
6. Orders & placements
- Prices in the catalog include our service fee. The displayed turn-around-time (TAT) is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Once you submit an order it enters editorial review with the publisher. We do not control editorial decisions.
- A publication may reject content at its discretion. Where a placement was offered as "guaranteed" we will offer a comparable replacement or a wallet credit (see Refund Policy).
7. Payments
- All payments are sent and received in USD through Stripe — our sole payment system. Cards are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- PR Media operates as a United States business and accepts payment under United States rules only. No other government's payment, tax or consumer rules apply to transactions with us.
- Every charge, refund, wallet credit and payout is recorded against a Stripe transaction ID and a PR Media invoice, so money in and money out is fully traceable on both sides.
- Disputes are handled first by us at billing@p-r.media, then through Stripe's dispute process. Governing law: the United States (State of Delaware).
- All payments are processed in USD by Stripe, our sole payment provider. We do not store card data.
- You authorise us to charge the chosen method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable tax.
- Wallet credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under United States consumer-protection law.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
- These Terms and all payments are governed by the laws of the United States, State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Disputes are resolved by arbitration on an individual basis where permitted, otherwise by the courts of Delaware.
- PR Media accepts payment under United States rules only; no other government's payment, tax or consumer regime applies to transactions with us.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
